We had just picked up our new Northern Lite 8-11EX from the dealership in Huntsville, Alabama. This is our first truck bed camper, and we have fallen in love with it. We have had two other types of campers, and we like this one much better.

We love the regional parks around Phoenix for camping. On this day, we enjoyed mountain biking at McDowell Regional Park and moved to this spot. The sunset was reflected off the camper, so I decided to take this photo.

We were driving from Nevada to the Grand Canyon, a long driving day for us. We hadn’t researched what we would see on the route, and each turn in the road gave us the most amazing views.

I started my retirement in Quartzsite, Arizona. This is my first picture taken of my beginning adventure through this country. I pray for all of us taking off on these adventures through this beautiful country of ours.

This was our first trip in our new camper. We went to Morro Bay, California, and stayed at Morro Dunes campground. Morro Dunes Campground is very nice and clean with nice restrooms and showers. The employees are very nice. I highly recommend this campground.
It was a very nice trip. We were able to walk to the downtown area, which is about a quarter mile from the campground. There is a paved bike trail to town as well. The campground is right next to the beach so you’re able to see the ocean while eating in your camper. Also, the beach is accessible on foot. We took advantage of it and went for a walk on the beach, which was very nice. It was foggy early morning and sunny by 9am. The fog returns right before sunset.

Winter conditions in Quebec often vary, and after a storm is always 100% exciting. Taking a ride just for the adrenaline and sensations makes for a satisfying day. When we have a 4×4 Jeep and with our auxiliary camper we can extend our weekend.
