Every August through October, the Recreational Vehicle Dealer Association (RVDA) surveys its 481 dealer members on their satisfaction with over 2,755 RV brands. The confidential Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey covers four core aspects of the manufacturer and dealer relationship; reliability/quality, parts, warranty, and sales.
For 2016, Lance Camper is one of only fifteen RV manufacturers to earn the DSI Quality Circle Award. Lance Campers has now won the award fourteen times with one honorable mention.
